On Demand bookings<\/span><\/h2>\n

  • A cancellation fee of $20 for \u201cRide Requests\u201d cancelled AFTER<\/b> 5 minutes<\/b><\/span> <\/b>of a ride being confirmed and accepted will be charged to customers.<\/li>\n
  • However, cancellations WITHIN<\/b> 5 minutes<\/b><\/span> <\/b>of a booking acceptance will NOT <\/b><\/span>attract a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n
  • Cancellation charges for cash customers will be charged to customer accounts for future rides.<\/li>\n
  • Cancellation charges for credit card registered customers will be charged immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Pre-Bookings<\/span><\/h2>\n

    • Pre-booking will remain on DROP\u2019s original fare structure of Flat Rates by zone. Please note that all pre-bookings can be made a minimum of 2 hours <\/b>in advance of the desired pick-up time.<\/li>\n
    • Cancellation of a pre-booking must be made a minimum of 1 hour <\/b>in advance of scheduled pick-up.<\/li>\n
    • A cancellation fee of $40 per request for requests cancelled WITHIN 1 Hour <\/b><\/span>of scheduled pick-up will be charged to customers.<\/li>\n
    • If a cancellation is made prior to 1 hour <\/b>before pick-up time, this will NOT <\/b><\/span>attract a cancellation fee.<\/li>\n
    • Cancellation charges for cash customers will be charged to customer accounts for future rides.<\/li>\n
    • Cancellation charges for credit card registered customers will be charged immediately.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      During the hours of 1am to 5am there will be a 10% surcharge added to the regular rate card.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
