This form will help our staff determine what bank account will best suit your needs. Make sure you also bring:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>One picture-bearing, government-issued ID card (e.g. passport, national ID card, or driver\u2019s licence)<\/li><li>One more form of ID, for corroborative purposes (e.g. employee ID card, birth certificate)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">STEP THREE: Make the switch.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Use our\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/gy.scotiabank.com\/content\/dam\/scotiabank\/international\/guyana\/documents\/personal\/AuthorizationForm.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Deposit Authorisation Form<\/a>\u00a0to set up direct\/payroll deposit from your employer.
