INTRODUCTION<\/strong>
The Smalta \u201cSmaltee AR Adventure Game Promotion\u201d (\u201cPromotion\u201d) is being sponsored by Carib Brewery Ltd. (\u201cCARIB\u201d) as a limited-time promotion specific to Trinidad & Tobago.
The Terms and Conditions of the promotion apply to the legal relationship between CARIB and all participants (\u201cEntrants\u201d) in the Promotion and will be governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago.
CARIB has the right to, at its sole discretion and without prior notification, change or discontinue any aspect of the Promotion and to change or modify the Terms and Conditions or any part thereof. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified Terms and Conditions.

RULES OF ENTRY<\/strong>
Scan the QR Code<\/strong> at select supermarket locations or visit the Smalta World website<\/a> to access the game link.
Verify your age or provide consent<\/strong> to proceed.
Enter your participant details<\/strong>, which will be used to update the leaderboard.
Start the game<\/strong> once permission is granted.
No purchase is required for this promotion
There is no limit to the number of times you can access the link or play the game.

PRIZES<\/strong>
All prizes that can be won in the Promotion are:
Grand Prize<\/strong> \u2013 VR Gaming Experience for ten persons at VR World.
Second Prize <\/strong>\u2013 VR Gaming Experience for six persons at VR World.
Third Prize \u2013 VR Gaming Experience for four persons at VR World.<\/strong>
Places from fourth to twenty fifth<\/strong> \u2013 will receive Smalta product hampers and Smalta branded merchandise
Prizes are as specified and are non-transferable.
Prizes cannot be sold, changed or exchanged for cash or other prizes.
Any tax payable as a result of a prize being awarded is the sole responsibility of the winner.
CARIB\u2019s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding.
In the event of any external circumstance beyond CARIB\u2019s control, CARIB reserves the right to substitute similar alternatives of equal or greater value.

PRIZE DISTRIBUTION AND WINNER NOTIFICATION\u00a0<\/strong>
\u00a0<\/strong>
Winners will be determined based on the 25 persons who have scored at the top of the game\u2019s leaderboard (i.e. position# 1 \u2013 25) at the closing time of the promotion i.e. midnight on December 15th<\/sup>.
Announcement of Winners (Top 25 Leaderboard players) would be made on Monday 16th<\/sup> December 2024
CARIB or one of its agents will contact winners via phone within two (2) working days of the draw, with at least three (3) attempts to contact made over that period.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted within the timeframe specified above, or in the event that the winner is ineligible or available to accept the prize, then that person will be disqualified, and the next eligible or available winner will be awarded.
CARIB will offer each prize until an eligible and available winner is identified.
Prize collection will be at Carib Brewery Limited, Eastern Main Road, Champs Fleurs. All winners must present a valid photo ID (Passport, National ID, Driver\u2019s License) to collect their prize.
Minors (17 and under), must be accompanied by an adult with valid identification for collection.
<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ELIGIBILITY<\/strong>
This Promotion is open to all legal residents of Trinidad and Tobago aged 18 years and over, or minors with parental or guardian permission.
The following categories of persons are ineligible to participate in the Promotion:
Employees and contractors working for CARIB and its affiliates;
Brand influencers and advocates for any brand produced or distributed by CARIB;
Advertising and promotional agencies working on behalf of CARIB;
Any other third-party companies that are involved and engaged in the planning and\/ or execution of the Promotion.
All immediate family members of the above persons identified living within the same household, i.e. parents, siblings, spouse, children, etc.
Any Entrants found to have tampered with the online entry process, e.g. using \u2018script\u2019 or \u2018software\u2019 to falsify entries on leaderboard, will also be disqualified from the Promotion.

LIABILITY<\/strong>
By entering this Promotion, all Entrants agree to the Terms and Conditions.
CARIB and each of its subsidiaries, affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies, along with each of its and their respective directors, employees, agents and representatives (the \u201cReleased Parties\u201d
CARIB and all respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability and cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by any Entrant to person or property as a result of entering the Promotion or accepting any Prize. Refusal of this clause will result in the forfeiture of the right to claim the Prize.
CARIB is not liable for any defects with the Prize, and all concerns should be directed towards the manufacturer of the prize.
CARIB disclaims all warranties with respect to the Promotion and Prize. All Prizes will be provided \u201cas is\u201d and \u201cas available\u201d.
Neither CARIB, its agents nor anyone professionally connected to the Promotion shall assume any liability for:
Any incorrect or inaccurate contact information, or faulty or erroneous electronic data transmissions on the entry website;
Communication line failure, regardless of cause, with regards to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion;
Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or website.

PUBLICITY<\/strong>
By accepting the prizes, all winners agree to be photographed and filmed during, and related to the prize distribution.
All winners shall agree to provide all active cooperation with any promotional activities and reasonable publicity arising from the prizes.
All resultant material, including winners\u2019 names, images and comments may be used by CARIB for promotion and marketing purposed in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast and digital without further reference and free of charge.

PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION<\/strong>
CARIB will process the personal data provided by Entrants in the context of this Promotion in accordance with our privacy and cookie policy.
All Entrants\u2019 relevant personal data such as name, email address etc. will be stored by CARIB in order to be able to appoint winners of the prizes. CARIB will not use this data for any other purpose.
All personal data will be deleted after the Promotion has been completed with the exception of any Entrant that has won a prize. CARIB will store the personal data of these winners for the period necessary to be able to award the prizes.
